"PornBusters: Men, Sex & Desire - Realities & Fantasies"
A series of 4 workshops for men
PornBusters: Men, Sex & Desire - Realities & Fantasies is being offered in response to the growing
number of men who present for counselling struggling with pornography and other compulsive behaviours around sexuality.
The series is being held over four Saturday mornings, from February to May, and is open to any man interested in deepening
his understanding of his sexuality and addressing personal and relationship challenges within a non-judgemental,
compassionate and holistic framework.
- Busting the Myths of Porn - understanding your instincts and desires; the allure of pornography;
weighing up the costs of pornography to you, your relationship/s and your life overall
- Busting the Power of Porn - developing personal goals to reduce or eliminate the use of pornography; strategies
and accountabilities that work; driving and maintaining change; dealing with relapse
- Building Healthy Desire Habits - retraining the brain towards healthy body, soul and spirit practices; dealing
with loneliness, emptiness, boredom and recurrent cravings; breaking secretive and addictive cycles
- Building a Real Relationship - dealing with difficulties, disappointments and rejection; honouring and channelling
your instincts constructively; building health, humour and compassion around sexuality
